Renee Beth’s understanding of how to develop learning communities came directly from her association with the SelfDesign Foundation; now known as the Transformative Learning Foundation where she was the Chair for ten years. Her commitment led to the development of an online Master of Arts Degree which now is aligned with Antioch University. Currently there are over a dozen learning communities around the world. Living her legacy, Renee Beth enjoys facilitating youth with mentors from business and education leaders. With her books, courses and podcast, she has designed a learning
community platform to support the alignment of change-making programs and projects. Smart uses of technology supports bridging the gap and frees up the silos to articulate new ground for cross-pollinating innovations for long term sustainability. These communities of practice will facilitate the new collar work force as we invent the new way to learn, and to cultivate the new systems that embrace digital equity, diversity and inclusion.
