I am a Global Youth Movement executive with a track record of building organizational capacity in the areas of fundraising, membership development and governance setting.

Over the past 30 years I held progressively senior positions in the YMCA spanning strategy, membership development, programming, communication, finance and leadership. I began my career with the Togo YMCA.

I have serve three different Secretaries General in their Executive Team, was the General Secretary of the Africa Region for 10 years. I am currently the Secretary General of the world Alliance of YMCAs.
